Prenatal Yoga Classes with certified YogOne trainers

Gentle, trimester-specific prenatal yoga with a trained specialist — at your home in your city or live online. Ease back pain and swelling, sleep better and prepare your breath and body for birth.

What you’ll gain

  • Trimester-specific sequences, adapted week by week
  • Relief for back ache, swelling and fatigue
  • Breathing and relaxation for labour
  • Pelvic floor awareness and gentle strength

A typical session

  1. 1 Check-in on how you and baby are feeling
  2. 2 Gentle warm-up and breathing
  3. 3 Supported postures for your trimester
  4. 4 Deep relaxation, side-lying if needed

Please get your obstetrician’s approval before starting. Your trainer will avoid deep twists, lying flat on the back later in pregnancy and anything that doesn’t feel right.

Questions

Prenatal yoga: questions, answered

When can I start prenatal yoga?

Most mothers start in the second trimester, once their doctor gives the go-ahead. If you practised before pregnancy, your doctor may approve an earlier start.

Is prenatal yoga at home in your city safe?

Yes, when it’s led by a trained prenatal specialist and approved by your doctor. Sessions are adapted to your trimester and how you feel that day.

Can my partner join?

Yes. Partner breathing and comfort techniques for labour can be included in later sessions.
