Yoga for Cancer Patients with certified YogOne trainers

Gentle, oncology-aware yoga for people living with or recovering from cancer — one-to-one at home in your city or live online, adapted to your treatment, your energy that day and your doctor’s advice.

What you’ll gain

  • Support for fatigue, stress, sleep and stiffness
  • Breathing practices for calm before scans and treatment
  • Sessions shortened, moved or skipped whenever you need
  • Care for ports, scars, lymphoedema and low immunity

A typical session

  1. 1 Check-in on energy, symptoms and any changes from your doctor
  2. 2 Gentle breath and seated mobility
  3. 3 Supported, restorative postures
  4. 4 Guided relaxation

Please check with your oncologist before starting. Yoga supports how you feel; it never replaces medical treatment.

Questions

Yoga for cancer care: questions, answered

Is yoga safe during chemotherapy in your city?

For most people, gentle yoga is safe with your oncologist’s approval. Your trainer adapts every session to your blood counts, energy and any devices or surgery sites.

Can sessions be at home?

Yes. Home sessions in your city or live online are ideal when immunity is low or travel is tiring.

What does it cost?

We recommend a plan after your free consultation — usually a short series of one-to-one sessions. Prices are shared upfront.
