All three can work beautifully. The best choice depends on your goal, your health and how much time you have. Here is an honest comparison.

Yoga at home with a trainer
- Best for: health conditions, pregnancy, seniors, and anyone who wants full privacy and attention.
- Pros: no commute, the trainer sees you closely and adjusts every pose.
- Consider: you need a little space and a fixed time.
Live online one-to-one
- Best for: busy professionals, frequent travellers, and people in cities where trainers are far away.
- Pros: flexible times from 5 AM, still personal and corrected in real time.
- Consider: a stable internet connection and a camera angle that shows your whole body.
Studio
- Best for: people who enjoy a group and a dedicated space.
- Pros: equipment and a sense of community.
- Consider: less one-to-one attention, travel time and fixed schedules.
Our suggestion
If you have a medical condition or you’re new to yoga, start one-to-one (home or online) for the first few weeks. Many members mix both — home on weekdays, online when they travel.
